Order Processing

We process orders within 1–5 business days, Monday through Friday. This includes verifying your order, prepping it for shipment, and sending it out via our trusted global fulfillment partners.


Shipping Timeframes

Our gear ships directly from top-tier suppliers worldwide. Depending on your location and item availability, delivery times can vary:

Note: Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, seasonal demand, or shipping carrier delays. Your patience is appreciated — adventure-ready gear is worth the wait.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear, especially for international shipments.


Split Shipments

To get your gear to you as fast as possible, items may ship separately from different warehouses. If you ordered multiple products, don't worry if they arrive in different packages — they're all on the way.


Customs & Duties

Any customs or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Trailhead Pro has no control over these charges or potential delays at the border.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your package hasn’t arrived within 40 business days, contact our support team and we’ll help track it down or offer a solution.
